Christchurch Central, Club Lane.

The Midlane Club is a glorious structure built in 1933, its nestled beside the Avon river on Oxford Tce. This Historically listed building suffered substantial damage in the 2010 & 2011 Canterbury Earthquakes, this included the loss of its chimneys and partial loss of its parapets. The buildings electrical wiring was out of date and unsafe to liven, so our contract started with us carful lying disconnecting and removing the beautiful original light fittings. This iconic building was rewired from head to toe including mains & distribution, general power, general lighting, communications, emergency lighting and a security system. All the original light fittings that were removed were rewired, polished and bought back to their former glory when reinstalled throughout the building.
