Residential Project – Huntsbury Hill
Designed and built in 2002 by Trussell Architects this luxurious hillside home suffered damage in the 2010 & 2011 Canterbury Earthquakes. Our contract was to design and install and modern and efficient central heating/cooling system, redesign the lighting and some of the power. Our design included two ducted air conditioning units hidden in the limited ceiling space and a modern floor console unit providing heating & cooling throughout with timers and thermostats to ensure usability and efficiency. As part of the lighting design we installed high quality LED down lights, wall lights and pendants it also involved our technicians being creative with positioning around curved exterior walls.
