Waterloo Business Park

At the start of 2017 the team completed an eight-month project at Waterloo Business Park. This project consisted of 3 separate commercial/industrial warehouses. In total there were 13 tenancies totalling approximately 12,000sqm of floor space. Each of the 13 tenancies had its own bathroom, kitchen and office spaces. Our contract covered mains & distribution, general power, general lighting, communications, emergency lighting, type4 fire alarm, automatic gates and roller doors.
